A color depositing conditioner is the only healthy/non-damaging way to color your hair! I can't believe I used dye for so many years! Overtone is my favorite brand to use, smells great and they have a great selection of colors. It's definitely one of my main secrets to healthy hair while keeping my color vibrant!
I use a diluted Ginger with my favorite regular white conditioner for a more natural look. For a punky/bold look, use undiluted.

This is my favorite detangle spray I have used. It's for fine & dry hair. I spray it all over my damp, freshly washed hair before applying some Carol's Daughter Cream leave-in conditioner. Those two products work miracles with tangly hair. I comb through easily with a wide tooth wooden comb.

I know, I know, how many products do I use!!! This is my favorite super light weight oil that you can use on damp hair, but it's so light that I can use a little bit daily on my dry ends! And I have very fine hair so it took a while to find a light enough oil to be able to use daily on my ends. They do have other great oils, but this is my favorite so far, the castor oil one is VERY heavy and sticky.

I've been using these bars since the covid lockdown in 2020, and I'm convinced they've transformed my hair. My original goal was to be more plastic-free in my life, but by pure luck, found this incredible product made of Longsheng Rice Water that has saved my hair. I've retained length I didn't think I could get back and my hair is much stronger. Plus, plastic-free for the environment is always a win!

I flip my head upside-down and massage for a couple minutes each night to stimulate hair growth. Promotes blood flow and circulation. Definitely add scalp massaging into your routine!

I hope you aren't still using plastic on your hair! A wide tooth wood comb is a must for detangling. Wooden combs & brushes disperse the natural oils from your scalp better to the rest of your hair. Wood is anti-static and won't snag your hair. Helps relieve tension and stimulates your scalp.

Yes, I look like a granny when I go to bed. I'm either sleeping in my cozy curlers or a Satin night cap! Especially if I have hair oil on my scalp, I don't want to get it all over my pillows. I wear this in the day when I have a hair mask on. Also you should start using satin scrunchies instead of rubberbands.

Ok, so this isn't an Amazon item, but I just couldn't leave it off my list because this is seriously a must-have item. This has greatly contributed to getting my hair healthy again. I stopped using hot tools on my hair during the lockdown of 2020. Yes, it's been 3 years since I've used a curling iron or flat iron on my hair. Heat damage is terrible! Plus, it used to take me over an hour to curl my whole head with a curling iron. Now it literally takes me 10 minutes to put these in, they are so comfy to sleep in over night, and then I do my makeup in the morning and take these out, run my fingers through my hair and it's done in under five minutes! I'll never go back to curling irons and my hair thanks me everyday. With some setting spray, my hair actually stays way better than with a curling iron. There is a learning curve to them, but once I got the hang of it, I've gotten pretty fast at it. I also use a little snoot sleep net that keeps them in place when I sleep, but it's breathable so my hair can dry still.
I use 8 most of the time for a regular day, but when I want a ton of curls for a photoshoot, I use around 12-14+ and really pack them in with a second set.
